First time customer. The salon is very nice. My pedicure and gel manicure came out great! I was uncomfortable with the techs speaking their language. At one point my tech said something to the tech beside her. The tech beside her looked directly at me and then to my feet. I felt they were talking about me. My tech also did not explain the pedicure options. She just handed me the menu. I was unaware there were more services to choose from on the back page. Thus spending $15 more than what I would have chosen, basic pedicure. Because my service was to my satisfaction, I will be returning. Thank you.

Was there for just mani and powder they offered a pedi as well, accepted. Was very well treated and left a very nice tip which was well deserved.

Tammy worked with care when I informed her of my left foot healing from surgery. She was amazing as she performed my pedicure, and the gel polish i selected was an interesting process. Tammy also did a wonderful job on my gel manicure which I was very happy with. I left Nova Lounge feeling very special because of how I was treated by Tammy,. I plan to reschedule with Tammy again next month! Thank you for your services. ❤️
